Our PROJECTS

Services for Children and Young People
We are dedicated to supporting the development of children and young people in our community. Through various activities, we offer opportunities for growth, personal development, confidence building, and empowerment.
Our services include youth clubs, holiday programmes, leadership initiatives, performing arts and physical activity sessions. We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people can thrive, make friends, and explore new possibilities for their future.
Volunteering and Training
Volunteering with Sport at the Heart provides an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and positively impact the community. We offer training programs (such as the Duke of Edinburgh and Sports Leaders UK qualifications) focusing on leadership, coaching, and personal development, ensuring that participants have the knowledge and confidence to lead activities, support peers, and contribute to local projects. Whether you are looking to give back or build your career, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds to join us in making a difference.

Partnership Working and Supporting the Grassroots Ecosystem
We believe in the power of collaboration and challenging the status quo to create lasting, positive impact. By working together, we examine the root causes of inequality, dismantle barriers, and build a more just and inclusive ecosystem where grassroots organisations – and ultimately our service users – can thrive. We are committed to strengthening community-led solutions by working in partnership with local organisations, amplifying our collective voices, and advocating for structural and systems change that will see a better future for all.
By sharing resources, expertise, and opportunities, we collectively drive social justice efforts and ensure that community-led initiatives shape the systems affecting their lives. Our collaborative approach creates a network of mutual support, and local infrastructure empowering organisations and residents to lead change, build resilience, and create a fairer, healthier future for all.
